We participated in stakeholder mapping focused on profiling the Indonesian construction workforce within the ASEAN context. To ensure comprehensive data collection, we utilized a multifaceted approach that included surveys, focus group discussions, in-depth interviews, and secondary data analysis. This methodology allowed us to gather diverse insights and perspectives, enhancing our understanding of the workforce dynamics and informing strategies for effective engagement within the region.
